🚨 Prevent Common Skin Infections at the Gym! 🚨

Working out is great for your health, but gyms can be breeding grounds for germs. Protect yourself from skin infections like ringworm, plantar warts, and impetigo with these tips:


🌿 Wear loose, moisture-wicking clothes – Stay dry and clean those gym clothes after each use.

🌿 Always wear shoes – Keep a pair of shower shoes or sandals in your gym bag and never walk barefoot.

🌿 Cover any cuts – Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs until healed.
